Shipping policy

Orders are processed in 10-14 days (this does not include shipping time). In addition to running this business, I have a full-time and a part-time job. I'm also a one-woman shop, so please bear with me! I promise I am working to process orders as fast as I can. 

Additionally, most items are made to order. It takes time to ensure quality, and I want to make sure I'm sending you only the best quality items.

Once the items are shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. I cannot control how the carrier handles the items once I mail them (although I wish I could!) I package every item with care to ensure they are not damaged during delivery; however, if you receive your item and it is damaged, please email me at titanandcompany@yahoo.com and we can work out a solution.

Please refer to your tracking information sent via email and reach out to the carrier for questions about your package. That being said, if any issues arise, please contact me at titanandcompany@yahoo.com and I will do my best to resolve any issues! I'd also just like to know if any problems arise with the carriers I am using, so I can consider using someone else if consistent issues arise!

Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size, and carrier rates. All orders will be sent through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
