 Q: How do I return an item?

A: Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please email titanandcompany@yahoo.com if you have an issue with your order and I will be happy to work with you!

Q: Where do you ship?

A: For now, we only ship in the United States. I hope to change this soon!

Q: What type of transfers do you use?

A: Our transfers for clothing are DTF (Direct to Film) transfers. These are more durable than vinyl. They are thinner than vinyl but do have a similar texture on fabric.

For other materials, such as cups and tumblers, we use UVDTF. These are basically permanent stickers similar to vinyl but more durable.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Bixby, Oklahoma (suburb of Tulsa)

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Yes, but I currently do not make custom designs. If you already have a design, I'm happy to use it! Please email titanandcompany@yahoo.com for questions about custom orders.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping if I'm local to Bixby/Tulsa?

A: If you would like to pick up your order, you are able to do that. Choose the option "LOCAL DELIVERY" at checkout. Pickups will be in South Tulsa/Bixby. Once you place your order, please email titanandcompany@yahoo.com to schedule a pickup time and location.
